The new multipurpose hall was constructed in a straightforward manner using exposed concrete blocks, concrete beams, and prestressed slabs for the roof. Between this new hall and the existing library, a communal “meeting generator” was designed, realized through a rhythm of porticoes composed of laminated Kerto beams. The floor of this meeting space consists of Thermowood beams laid side by side in a flat arrangement.
