The steel load-bearing structure of the rainbow consists of ten identical trusses, bolted together to form a continuous framework. The trusses were fabricated in Poland and installed on site in pairs. The entire structure rests independently on the existing pavement, with wide base plates and counterweights providing sufficient stability against wind loads.
